Ankur Warikoo's Guide to Healthy Relationships & Common Misconceptions
Ankur Warikoo, a motivational coach and an entrepreneur, shares his suggestions to build a healthy relationship and discuss common misconceptions.
Ankur Warikoo, a renowned entrepreneur and motivational speaker, who gained millions of followers on his social media account, highlights the complexities of relationships in his latest video. Warikoo's perceptions are especially suitable in today's life, where the importance of relationships is frequently evolving. One of his key messages points out a common misconception: the belief that certain negative behaviors are a fated part of every relationship.
Ankur Warikoo's Wisdom About Relationship:
Warikoo argues that the phrase “These things happen in every relationship,” is incorrect for accepting disputes, anger, and arguments as routine. He highlights that just because these issues are common, it does not mean they should be normalized or allowed without question. By seriously examining the reasons behind these behaviors, individuals can work towards healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
In today's society, the visibility of relationships is often limited to what is publicly shared, especially on social media. Warikoo highlights that what we see is only a fraction of the whole scenario—often just 1% of the actual relationship. The remaining 99% remains hidden, enclosing the private interactions and emotions that truly define the relationship. This inclined perception can lead to unrealistic comparisons and expectations, further complicating relationships.
He encourages people to make their own rules and define their relationships in their way. This approach allows people to set standards that resonate with their specific needs and values, rather than bonding to societal standards or external pressures.
Further, Warikoo highlights the importance of communication. He motivates others to set an atmosphere where their partners can express their feelings, expectations, and concerns without fear of judgment. This transparency fosters a deeper understanding and connection, enabling both individuals to fight challenges together effectively.
In the journey of life, the role of self-awareness and personal growth becomes very important for building a strong and healthy relationship. By continuously working on themselves, individuals can bring their best personalities into the relationship, enhancing mutual respect and support. He suggests that partners should not only focus on resolving conflicts but also on preventing them by understanding their set-off and working on emotional regulation.

A mentoring session was organized by the Salaam Bombay Foundation Sports Academy with Indian cricketer Ajinkya Rahane for its ‘Fitness Monitors, adolescent students studying in municipal or government-aided schools who are trained under the Fitness Program of the academy and handpicked for their long-term interest in fitness.
Tumblr media
As part of the session, the students had the opportunity to interact with Mr. Rahane, where they learned about his journey of fitness on his way to becoming one of India’s top cricketers. Fun activities involving both Rahane and the students that combine aspects of cricket, fitness, and motor skill development are also held.
Padmini Sekhsaria, who is the founder of Salaam Bombay Foundation, said, "We are honored to have a youth icon such as Ajinkya Rahane mentor our students and inspire them to reach for the stars. We work with underprivileged adolescents from difficult backgrounds who have little or no access to physical activity and sports. At Salaam Bombay Foundation, we believe that the playground can be an effective tool to achieve a healthy body and mind.
Our vision is to bring about an attitudinal change amongst these adolescents through sports and fitness, motivating them towards staying in school and completing their education. His presence on the ground will help galvanize this section of society, where a lack of resources invariably leads to disinterest in health and fitness. We hope Ajinkya will continue to conduct such inspiring sessions for our students. We commend his efforts and his commitment towards creating a fit India for future generations."

The Rolling Stones - Paint It Black 1966
"Paint It Black" is a song by the English rockband the Rolling Stones. A product of the songwriting partnership of Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, it is a raga rock song with Indian, Middle Eastern and Eastern European influences and lyrics about grief and loss. Two months after it being released as a non-album single, London Records included it as the opening track on the American version of the band's 1966 studio album Aftermath, though it is not on the original UK release.
Originating from a series of improvisational melodies played by Brian Jones on the sitar, the song features all five members of the band contributing to the final arrangement although only Jagger and Richards were credited as songwriters. In contrast to previous Rolling Stones singles with straightforward rock arrangements, "Paint It Black" has unconventional instrumentation, including a prominent sitar, the Hammond organ and castanets. The song was influential to the burgeoning psychedelic genre as the first chart-topping single to feature the sitar, and widened the instrument's audience.
"Paint It Black" was a major chart success for the Rolling Stones, remaining 11 weeks (including two at number one) on the US Billboard Hot 100, and 10 weeks (including one atop the chart) on the Record Retailer chart in the UK. Upon a reissue in 2007, it reentered the UK Singles Chart for 11 weeks. It was the band's third number-one single in the US and sixth in the UK. The song also topped charts in Canada and the Netherlands.
"Paint It Black" was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2018. In 2011, the song was added to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's list of "The Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll". It has seen commercial use in film, video games and other entertainment media, such as Full Metal Jacket (1987), The Devil's Advocate (1997), Wednesday (2022), as well as being used as a plot device in the supernatural horror film Stir of Echoes (1999).
"Paint It Black" received a total of 92,8% yes votes!

A note: I know annoying Desis are going to see this and go "Oh but Kashmir is Pakistan's because-" and "Kashmir is an integral part of India because-". I must make my stance clear: Kashmir belongs to the Kashmiris, the natives, no matter what religion they belong to. Neither Pakistan nor India get to decide the matter of Kashmiri sovereignty. The reasons given by both parties as to why Kashmir should be a part of either nation are bullshit. The United Nations itself recognises Kashmir as a disputed region, so I will not entertain dumbfuckery. I highly encourage fellow Indians especially to take the time to go through and properly understand the violence the government enacts on Kashmiris. I've also included links to learn more about Kashmiri culture because really, what do the rest of us know about it? Culturally and linguistically Kashmir differs so much from the rest of India and Pakistan (also the amount of fetishization of Kashmiri women...yikes). This is not just a bilateral issue between these two nations over land, this actually affects the people of Kashmir. And if you're still here, thank you for reading

BLACKSWAN drama summarised:
BLACKSWAN is a Kpop group that originally started out as a five-member group with Fatou (Senegalese), Leia (Brazillian/Japenese), Judy, Hyeme and Youngheun (all Korean).
Fatou is the first African Kpop idol and was the only black Kpop idol for several years. Leia was the first Brazillian Kpop idol.
Blackswan underwent a massive lineup change after Hyeme, Judy and Youngheun left the group and Leia was kicked out for multiple reasons:
Leia groped Youngheun's breasts on a live stream, which she stated made her extremely uncomfortable. She groped Judy as well.
Leia started bullying accusations against Fatou that she later apologised for and said were fake
Fatou got a lot of extremely racist hate from people who believed the accusations and Leia's apology was very weak and did little to stop the hate.
Leia is... not a good singer. She spent 7 years as a Kpop trainee and remains a bad singer.
BLACKSWAN's new lineup consists of 4 members: Fatou, Sriya (Indian), Nvee (Mixed African American) and Gabi (Brazillian). Leia wanted to remain in the group and said she hadn't left, but Fatou confirmed that the 4 member lineup had no plans to be changed.
They are now the first Kpop group to have no Korean members. Their Indian-inspired song "Karma" was a hit and is BLACKSWAN's most successful song. Their single "Cat And Mouse" was listed as one of the best Kpop songs of the year. Fatou released a self-produced solo mixtape "Adaeh" that was promoted by Pop Base, multiple clips of BLACKSWAN went viral, and they performed at Waterbomb Music Festival.
Shit popped off when Youngheun liked Tweets calling out Leia and made posts against her, saying that Leia had been kicked out of multiple groups, she could have been in Pristin, but was talentless. Bearing in mind, neither Youngheun or any of the BLACKSWAN members have been able to do anything on social media without being harassed by Leia stans and also bearing in mind that Leia literally groped Youngheun and made her leave the group.
Many, many stans came to Leia's defence, completely ignoring what a shitty person Leia is, for no other reason than because she was Brazillian. They started out harassing YoungheunThey started an "anti-hate" campaign for Leia... primarily consisting of harassing BLACKSWAN and Youngheun on social media. The "anti-hate" campaign claimed that Fatou was a bully to the other 4 members and Leia, based off decontextualised TikTok clips, and that Fatou was a bully to Leia because she liked Youngheun's Tweet and Tweet's supporting Youngheun. Bearing in mind that Youngheun was one of the people who convinced her not to quite Kpop.
Despite the main runners of the "anti-hate" campaign claiming that they didn't endorse racism, Fatou went through an extreme amount of racist hate again, and Sriya and Nvee were targetted as well. Someone also attempted to post deepfake porn of Sriya (who is 19!!!).
Fatou asked her fans to send her the Tweets of the people that were harassing her (probably a lawsuit), and quite a few of the Twitter users instantly deleted their accounts. Sriya has also made it appear like she may be looking to sue. Their company (DR Entertainment), whilst known for being shitty, is working on protecting them better.
Leia stans are continuing to send hate to the members on Twitter under the guise of "freeing" Leia. Leia has nothing she could be freed from. She was kicked out of DR Entertainment and BLACKSWAN. All the "evidence" that Leia was ever bullied or a victim is extremely dubious.
TLDR: Leia, a half-white half-Japanese ex Kpop idol, groped 2 fellow members, started false bullying accusations against Fatou, a black Kpop idol, and was kicked out of her group and company. Leia's stans continued to harass her victims, spread racist hate and are spreading a misinformation campaign to defame Fatou and pretend that Leia is a victim.
Shorter TLDR: Leia is a fucking looser with racist fans who only like her because she's Brazillian and she gives them an excuse to harass a black woman.
Even Shorter TLDR: Fuck Leia lmfao
Anyways, show some love for BLACKSWAN if you can. They're really talented and do not deserve the hate they are recieving.

Elvish Yadav: My focus is on being positive. I didn't have fear, that's why I went through
Tumblr media
Elvish Yadav
YouTuber and winner of 'Bigg Boss OTT' season 2 Elvish Yadav remains in the news for his bold statements and different controversies. Now, he has finally opened up about if he ever had doubts about getting work in the industry because of his controversies.
"My Focus Is On Being Positive"
In an interview with an entertainment portal, he said, "My focus is on being positive. I didn't have fear, that's why I went through…I will continue this and it's not that you won't get work in the industry. If one is scared that he won't get work after getting mixed up in a controversy. It does not happen like that as one who is talented will never run out of work.”
About Elvish Yadav's Snake Venom Case Controversy:
Earlier in March this year, Elvish was arrested by Noida Police and was sent to 14 days of judicial custody in connection with a snake venom case. As per reports, during his judicial custody, Elvish reportedly mentioned the name of singer Fazilpuria. He had also admitted that he met all the arrested accused, including Rahul (snake charmer), at different rave parties and was acquainted with them.     Last year, based on a complaint filed by the People For Animals (PFA) organization, the Noida Police raided a banquet hall located in Sector 51 and arrested five people. The PFA in its FIR named Elvish and accused him of organizing rave parties in which they invite foreigners and arrange poisonous snakes.
